Resolution

Verify a supported version of CRM for Outlook is installed.
Option 1
1. Sign into your CRM Online web application via your web browser.
2. Click the settings button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. Click Apps for Dynamics CRM. This option will appear if your CRM Online instance is CRM 2016 or later and your System Administrator has not disabled this option.
4. Click Download CRM for Outlook.

Set up CRM for Outlook
When viewing the article referenced above, select the appropriate tab at the top that matches the version you are installing. We recommend the version of the CRM Outlook client is the same major version as your CRM Online organization. If you are not sure which version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM your organization is using, contact your CRM administrator. You can also view your CRM version when you access Microsoft Dynamics CRM via a web browser. In the navigation bar, click the settings button in the upper-right corner of the screen and then click About. Install the version of CRM for Outlook that matches the major version of your CRM organization. Example: If the version found is 7.1.1.3157, install CRM 2015 for Outlook.

If you encounter an error trying to install or uninstall CRM for Outlook, run the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter.

When you use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, you might see a notification that says: Track and Set Regarding are currently disabled. To use these features, please contact your admin. You can still view and interact with your Dynamics 365 data.
